The Journey
Day 1 — A Warm Irish Welcome
The journey begins in Ennis, where guests gather for a relaxed and informal welcome. Lunch, a private whiskey tasting and live music offer the first taste of Ireland’s food, atmosphere and culture.
Guests then continue through the Clare countryside to the Armada Hotel in Spanish Point, overlooking the Atlantic.
There is time to settle in and soak up the surroundings before the evening begins with a warm welcome reception, followed by a private welcome dinner and an intimate traditional music session — the perfect introduction to the journey ahead.
Day 2 — Along the Wild Atlantic Way
The day begins through the limestone landscape of the Burren, one of Ireland’s most distinctive regions,
before arriving at the Cliffs of Moher. From here, continue towards Doolin, where there is time to explore at a relaxed pace before settling in for a hosted lunch and traditional music session. The afternoon follows the Wild Atlantic Way along the Clare coastline, returning to the Armada Hotel with time to unwind.
The evening is at leisure, allowing you to enjoy the hotel or explore nearby music at your own pace.
Day 3 — The Spirit of Galway
Travel north to Galway, a city renowned for its colour, culture and atmosphere. Time is yours to explore at your own pace — from lively streets and independent boutiques to the many cafés, pubs and hidden corners that give Galway its distinctive charm.
Later, continue to the Galway Bay Hotel overlooking Galway Bay, where there is time to settle in before dinner.
The evening concludes with traditional music in Galway city or nearby Salthill, offering an authentic taste of Galway’s vibrant musical spirit.
Day 4 — Connemara, Coast & Castle
The journey continues through the beautiful landscapes of Connemara, a region renowned for its rugged scenery, quiet beauty and ever-changing coastline. Along the way, guests experience the very best of this iconic region and all it has to offer.
There is time to pause for lunch before continuing to the renowned Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, a character-filled retreat in the heart of Connemara.
On arrival, there is time to settle in and enjoy the surroundings before the evening begins with a Prosecco reception, followed by dinner and the renowned musical entertainment for which the Abbeyglen is so well known.
Day 5 — Westport Awaits
Departing Connemara, the journey continues to the iconic Kylemore Abbey, where guests have time to explore one of Ireland’s most celebrated landmarks.
From here, continue to Westport, a vibrant town renowned for its charm, hospitality and rich musical tradition.
After time to settle in, guests enjoy a private traditional music session in the legendary Matt Molloy’s Pub, followed by dinner and an evening to experience Westport at its best.
Day 6 — Achill & A Night to Remember
The day is spent exploring the spectacular landscapes of Achill Island, travelling along the Atlantic Drive with visits to highlights including Slievemore Deserted Village and the breathtaking Keem Bay.
There is time to take in the scenery and experience the wild beauty that makes Achill one of Ireland’s most remarkable destinations.
Returning to Westport, guests enjoy a specially hosted musical dining experience — a standout moment of the journey, bringing together exceptional food, music and storytelling.
Day 7 — The Sound of Ennis & Bunratty Banquet
Returning to Ennis, guests have time to explore at their own pace, enjoy lunch and experience the atmosphere of one of Ireland’s most celebrated music towns.
Later, guests travel to Bunratty Castle for the final evening of the journey. A spectacular medieval banquet brings the experience to a memorable close, with an evening of dining, music, storytelling and lively entertainment.
Day 8 — Departure
Transfer to the airport following breakfast.
